As a rental agent, you’ll be responsible for finding tenants for our building and supporting them throughout the leasing process. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team.
HERE’S WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE
- Participate in business development, solicit potential clients, follow up with visitors, show model condos, and meet with potential tenants;
- Complete credit and reference checks;
Complete leases and all related documents; - Deliver all information documents (tenant guide, building regulations);
- Complete all necessary correspondence in French and English for certain clients;
- Produce activity reports;
- Welcome tenants moving in, conduct inspections, and pre-delivery visits;
- Respond to tenants and monitor customer service;
- Perform any other related tasks.
DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Good judgment and thoroughness;
- Experience in rental or real estate;
- Comfortable with Outlook and Word;
- Bilingual (an asset): ability to respond to English-speaking clients.

- The work schedule is 37.5 hours per week. You must be available to work from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. The schedule may vary depending on operational needs.
