If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall, where possible, be interpreted, limited or, if necessary, severed so as to eliminate such invalidity or unenforceability; If applicable, all other provisions of the Terms of Use remain in force and continue to bind the parties.
These Terms of Use are subject to the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada and you agree to submit any dispute or controversy arising from these Terms of Use to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec in the judicial district of Montreal.
