Our team is currently looking for a Leasing Assistant motivated to achieve the objectives for our project located in the city of Mascouche. Individuals with solid experience in administration or office automation are welcome!

HERE’S WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospects
- Determine client needs
- Present the project and options
- Give tours of model condominiums
- Share information about potential clients with representatives
- File potential client files according to the procedure established by the housing advisor
- Fill displays with documentation
- Perform any other related tasks.
- Be able to interpret and present units on plan
Handle phone calls
DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills
- Good communication skills in French
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the real estate industry (an asset)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (an asset)

- The work schedule is 37.5 hours per week. You must be available to work from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The schedule may vary depending on operational needs;
