A leader in the field of property management, Espaces Lokalia is seeking an independent and resourceful individual for our Real Estate Asset Management Manager position. The Finance department is central to the company’s success, and you’re the only person missing to make it a complete whole. If you have extensive knowledge of real estate and finance, as well as strong organizational skills, this position is definitely for you!
What your day could look like:
- Analyze investments adapted to objectives and risk profiles;
- Analyze and monitor the insurance portfolio for stabilized properties;
- Monitor portfolio values;
- Evaluate investment performance compared to projected levels and propose strategies accordingly;
- Prepare detailed reports on portfolio value and performance;
- Conduct market valuations and their analysis to optimize values;
- Be responsible for the annual review process with financial institutions;
- Liaise with the accounting team to review financial information and exchange data;
- Analyze financial market trends and data and understand the impacts on the business;
- Present Reports and analyses;
- All other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Be a team player;
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
- Hold a graduate degree such as CFA, CPA;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance;
- Experience in the real estate sector;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite;
- Be proactive and responsive;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Good command of French;
- Functional English;
- Effective organizational skills and autonomy.
