Digital Marketing and CRM Automation Manager – Temporary position (with possibility of permanent position)

Espaces Lokalia is seeking a Digital Marketing & CRM Automation Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience. This position is temporary and full-time, lasting approximately one year (replacing maternity leave) with the possibility of becoming permanent. The Digital Marketing & CRM Automation Manager plays a key role in the growth and expansion of the Espaces Lokalia parent brand, as well as all real estate projects, each with its own distinct identity. This individual is responsible for all of the organization’s digital initiatives, both strategic and operational, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Strategy and Execution

  • Define, implement, and optimize 360° digital strategies tailored to each real estate project and the parent brand.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to improve visibility and positioning on search engines.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) in line with lead acquisition and brand awareness objectives.
  • Oversee the management, development, and user experience (UX/UI) of the portfolio’s various websites.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of digital branding initiatives for each project, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate on the creation of engaging content for social media and various digital platforms.

Lead Generation and Performance

  • Develop effective digital conversion funnels to support unit leasing.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements.

Marketing Automation and CRM (Salesforce)

  • Develop and automate customer journeys using Marketing Cloud – Salesforce to ensure seamless and personalized communication.
  • Implement transactional automations: appointment reminders, satisfaction surveys, post-visit follow-ups, etc.
  • Create marketing nurturing scenarios: targeted follow-ups based on the type of accommodation viewed, personalized newsletters, and offers. dynamic promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in database optimization and audience segmentation to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Collaboration and Project Management

  • Work in synergy with the leasing, design, and management teams to ensure the consistency of digital initiatives.
  • Manage external partners and suppliers related to digital aspects (agencies, freelancers, etc.).

    DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant training;
  • Three years of experience in a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Attitude favorable to collaborative work and active participation in achieving collective objectives;
    Effective organizational skills and autonomy.
