Interior Designer;
A leader in the real estate sector, Espaces Lokalia is seeking an independent and resourceful individual for our Interior Designer position. The design department is central to the company’s success.
This position will suit you if you are passionate and enjoy using your creativity while also performing administrative tasks.
WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE:
- Select materials;
- Plan the organization of model unit openings and closings according to deadlines;
- Order and make purchases, manage inventories, and move furniture and accessories;
- Participate in developing deadlines, managing costs, and selecting suppliers;
- Conduct inspections of our model units and ensure their visual quality and cleanliness;
- Design presentations for clients (e.g., mood boards);
- Develop execution plans and specifications;
- Manage invoices in collaboration with accounting;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team;
Research and make purchases related to execution plans and drawings and implement physical improvements to the premises; - Assist the Design Director at various levels;
- Update and maintain the materials library
- Any other related tasks
DO YOU HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Possess a college diploma (DUT or DEP) in interior design;
- Minimum of 3 years of firm experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite;
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, an asset;
- Ability to adapt to the brand’s artistic signature;
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines;
Attitude favorable to collaborative work and active participation in achieving collective objectives;
Effective organizational skills and autonomy;
- Hold a valid driver’s license.

The work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday;
